Today you'll be picked up from the lodge early in the morning to start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park. You will carry a boxed lunch to eat along the way.

Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds and diverse landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savannah plains. You may have the experience of watching a lion stalking her prey or leopards relaxing in the trees above. After the game drives, you’ll make your way to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

Game Drives in Central Serengeti National Park

You'll have an early breakfast, as you've got a big day of exploration and adventure ahead of us! You will begin the day with a drive towards the Serengeti. Along the way, you will pass through the rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you might be lucky enough to glimpse Cape buffaloes, baboons, or even elephants and the occasional leopards in the trees. Upon arrival at Serengeti National Park, you will drive to your camp for a hot meal and some rest before driving out for an evening game drive in the famous Serengeti National Park. You will have an early dinner and rest for it was a long day.

Day 3

Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Today, you will spend the entire day at the Serengeti. You'll be going for an early game drive to catch up with the wildlife in the morning hours when they are at their most active.
You'll spend some good time searching for the animals among the grassy plains and the Kopjes of the Serengeti. With such a dense population of big cats in the Serengeti, you are very likely to spot lion pride, cheetahs, and even leopards resting on acacia trees. At noon, you will return to our camp to have a delicious hot meal and rest for an hour. After the rest, you'll drive off again in search of more action on the Serengeti plains. You'll take your time searching and enjoying the landscape until sunset to capture amazing pictures of the setting sun and some wildlife in the background. After such an enjoyable day, you'll head to North Serengeti Camp for the night.

Day 4

Full-Day in North Serengeti National Park

Full-Day in North Serengeti National Park

You will get up early and enjoy breakfast before continuing with your game drive to see the Great Migration. Later, you will drive back to the central area of the park for your overnight stay.

The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals crossing the Mara River to the Masai Mara in Kenya. The best time to visit is from July to early October every year.

You will get up early and enjoy breakfast before continuing with your game drive to see the Great Migration. Later, you will drive back to karatu for your dinner and overnight stay.

Game Drive in Ngrongoro Crater - Drive to Arusha

You'll have breakfast in the morning and start driving towards Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you'll then descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half-day safari tour. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopards, which sometimes require a trained eye to spot. As the evening approaches, you will drive back to Arusha.
