Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Your safari begins with morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Travel in your private 4×4 Land Cruiser towards Nanyuki, watching the scenery change as you leave the city for the central Kenyan highlands. Stop at the equator for photographs before continuing to Maisha Sweetwaters Camp.

Check in, enjoy lunch and settle into your tented accommodation before heading into Ol Pejeta Conservancy for an afternoon game drive. Explore its open plains and wooded areas with your driver-guide, looking for black and white rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and zebras. Keep an eye out for lions and other predators as you follow wildlife sightings through the conservancy.

Return to camp in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive and Return to Nairobi

Head out for an early morning game drive in your private Land Cruiser. Explore more of Ol Pejeta while looking for wildlife you may have missed the previous afternoon. Spend time at sightings and watch how the conservancy’s animals begin their day, with further opportunities to spot rhinos, grazing herds and predators.

Return to camp for breakfast, then check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Your safari ends with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
