Day 1

You will use your own transport to arrive at Zanzibar Airport for your 08:00hrs flight,. On arrival at Kogatende Airstrip at 10:50hrs, you will meet your professional and well-experienced local English-speaking Safari Driver-guide. After greetings, he will give you a short pre-safari briefing and then embark on a game drive in Northern part of Serengeti National Park with packed lunch for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. The Serengeti, one of the largest parks in Africa at 15,000 sq km, is home to some three million large mammals and is made up of a diversity of landscapes with the southern region being dominated by the lush grassy plains that draw about two million wildebeest, half a million zebras and some quarter million antelopes to make the hazardous journey in search of pasture when the autumn rains come. After breakfast, depart for a big day in search of the Great wildebeest Migration. This game drive can allow you to see cat family on the road as they try to avoid morning mist. You may spend much time with the migration while anticipating to experience animal actions like hunting, eating, fighting even killing.

After early breakfast depart with packed lunch for a r a morning to afternoon game drive in Northern part of Serengeti
search of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Other than the great migrating herds we seek, we may also see cheetah, lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, wildebeest, hartebeest, topi, eland, crocs, Thomson’s, and Grant’s gazelle, amongst many more. With over five hundred bird species identified, the park is a veritable ornithological paradise, ostrich abound, secretary bird,
marabou stork, and the largest flighted bird on Earth, the kori bustard.

Day 4

After breakfast collect picnic lunch and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater (more precisely a caldera), for an unforgettable Crater Tour. This 304 square kilometres enclosed ecosphere was formed some two or three million years ago in the massive explosion of a volcano once higher than Kilimanjaro and offers the best game viewing opportunities in all of Tanzania. You will explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos, and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. With some 25,000 large mammals within the caldera, you will have the opportunity to see, in addition to the Big Five animals such as wildebeest, gazelle, reedbuck, bushbuck, hartebeest, hippo, both Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelle, impalas, as well as over 500 bird species.

After breakfast at your Lodge, you will collect picnic lunch and drive to Tarangire National Park. Game drive in the park. This park is the fifth largest national park in Tanzania with large elephant population found nowhere else in Africa. Tarangire River & huge baobab trees that dwarfing some animal species that come beneath it are among the highlights of this park. You may expect to sport herds of elephant, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, warthog, hippos & the three rare species of Greater Kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx & the ash stalling. For watchers this is the place where over 400 species of birds were recorded, which include ostrich, secretary bird, herons, ibises & other forest bird. Lion, hyena, cheetahs, jackals and the leopards also can be seen here.
