Day 1
Pickup from Kigali and Transfer to Akagera National Park

On this day after an early breakfast at your hotel in Kigali, you will be picked up by our company representative who will be your driver guide who will brief you about your trip and transfer you to Akagera National Park in the eastern part of Rwanda. This drive will take a maximum of 3 hours to arrive at the park and upon arrival we will have a short game drive before we check-in to our lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will go for a boat ride on Lake Ihema where you will be able to see some aquatic animals and some water birds before you embark on your return to the lodge later in the evening for dinner and your overnight.

Day 2
Morning game drive – Transfer to Kigali
Morning game drive – Transfer to Kigali
After an early morning breakfast, check-out and head for an early morning game drive in search for game where you will see zebras, giraffes, elephants, hippos, buffalos, antelopes among others. After the game drive, you will embark on your return to Kigali with lunch en-route and later be dropped off at the airport for your departure flight or at your hotel in Kigali depending on your program.
