3-Day Mikumi National Park Exploration

Transfer to Mikumi National Park

You'll be picked up from your accommodation in Dar-es-Salaam at 6:00 am. You'll embark on a drive to Mikumi National Park.

You'll check in at the park around noon for a game drive in the park in search of elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos in the hippo pools, warthogs, buffaloes, elands, etc.

Later, you'll head back for dinner and an overnight.

If you prefer to stay inside the park in a luxury accommodation you can overnight at Mikumi Wildlife Lodge or budget at Mikumi Park Bandas. Sleeping inside the park gives you an opportunity to have a long day of game drive until sunset.

Another Game Drive

You will start game drive in the morning after breakfast.

Your safari guide will do a game drive in the park to search for animals that you could have not seen the previous day.

Today, you have the whole day to spend in the park exploring the landscape and animals.

Later in the evening you will drive to the camp for dinner and good rest.

Mikumi transfer to Dar Es Salaam

Today, depends on what you have seen in the previous two days of safari, you can opt to have a visit to Maasai village or nearby cultural site or do early morning game drive then later, you head back to Dar es Salaam arriving in the evening.

Drop off at the hotel in Dar es Salaam.
