Day 2

You will depart Nairobi in the morning for Amboseli National Park at the foot of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. You will have Lunch at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 3

This is a full day in this photogenic park. You will have morning and afternoon game drives. Your meals and overnight stay will be at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya. It is situated close to the Kenya-Tanzania border. The park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “the home of elephants’ some of the largest elephant herds are found here. The game park also contains vast groups of zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, and many species of plain game.

After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru to arrive in good time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, you will enjoy game drives at the pink lake famed for pink flamingoes and other species of birds. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Lake Nakuru Guest House.
Lake Nakuru’s claim to fame is anchored on its flamingos and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the Rift Valley. The sight of at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance, the lake appears ringed in pink. The lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild giraffe and the black and white rhinos. Lions, waterbucks, buffalos, and baboons are all residents here.

This will be a full day spent exploring the park in search of the Big Five with the possibility of seeing the spectacular annual wildebeest migration that takes place from July through to October. The Masai Mara National Reserve is arguably Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film ‘Out of Africa’ was made to a great extent in this reserve. Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen at the Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants by predators can be viewed from early July to August. The reserve abounds with birdlife since dose to about 452 species have been recorded. Your dinner and an overnight stay at Mara Chui Resort.
