Day 1

On this day, your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. You'll then join fellow travelers and head towards Tarangire National Park. After approximately 2 hours, you'll reach the park's entrance where you'll register before embarking on your first safari game drive. Get ready to explore the vast Tarangire plains, where wildlife congregates especially near the banks of Tarangire River, providing excellent viewing opportunities. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, grants gazelles, Thompson gazelles, impalas, and more. Later in the evening, you'll be transferred to Karatu where you'll check in for dinner and spend the night at your accommodation.

In the morning, your driver/guide will take you to Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you'll complete the registration process before descending to the crater floor for an unforgettable game-viewing adventure. Renowned as the world's eighth wonder, the Ngorongoro Crater stands as one of Africa's most renowned wildlife havens. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it boasts a unique biosphere that has remained virtually untouched since ancient times. Within the crater's confines, surrounded by towering walls, approximately 25,000 large mammals roam freely across its plains, lakes, and forests. During your game drive, expect to encounter black rhinos, leopards, majestic black-maned lions, and a plethora of flamingos. Following the crater tour, you'll be transferred back to Arusha.
