Check in at Ashnil Aruba Lodge early in the afternoon and have lunch. You will enjoy afternoon games at this fantastic park, famously known as the home of red elephants. Tsavo East National Park is in southeast Kenya, near the Tanzanian border and the Kenyan coast. Spanning 13,747km² (5,300mi²) of pristine wilderness, the park is also one of Kenya's most extensive protected areas. It has more biodiversity than any other park globally, marking the meeting point between northern and southern wildlife. It is 9 times bigger than the Masai Mara National Reserve and is well known for its maneless lions, big herds of red dust-covered elephants, and cheetahs. The vegetation is sparse, so wildlife spotting is generally easier than its counterpart.
