Upon arrival from your international flights and after you’ve cleared customs and immigration, you will be received and welcomed
By your Assigned driver- guide at international arrivals. They will be holding a welcome sign with your names on it.
You are then driven to your luxury hotel in Entebbe where you'll stay for 1 night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2

Your journey starts from Entebbe International Airport where you will board a domestic flight to Kihihi. A representative from Trots and Safaris will be waiting at Kihihi airstrip to drive you to the lodge. The 45-minute drive runs along a beautiful jeep track that dips into villages and skirts steep hills with stunning views of the lake below. Offering some of the best views in Uganda, Buhoma Lodge is perched on a peninsula overlooking a series of small islands scattered across the water and the volcanoes from the Virunga Range rising out of the mist in the distance.
In the afternoon is free to spend at leisure, relax or perhaps take part in optional activities (at additional cost) including forest walks, birdwatching and village walks.

Day 3

After breakfast, proceed to the rangers’ post. You will receive a briefing on the do's and don’ts during the trekking. You will then enter the Bwindi Forest for your adventure. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense. It is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain varies with the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants, is unforgettable. Return to the accommodation, check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of 2,200 – 2,478m, but it’s the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water, that make it most magical - you could admire them all day.

Day 4

Today after breakfast, you will be driven the approximate 2 hours back to Kihihi Airstrip to catch your return flight to Entebbe. You'll fly to Entebbe for your onwards flight arrangements. We hope to see you (or any referral) on your next visit. Thanks for choosing Trots and Safaris Uganda.
