Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You'll be picked up from Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport or your hotel at 8:00 a.m. for a 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park, renowned for its abundant wildlife and picturesque landscapes. Later, head to Jambo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Tarangire National Park, located 115km from Arusha, spans an area of 2800km² and is named after the Tarangire River, where wildlife congregates. Highlights include a large elephant population, tree-climbing pythons, and iconic baobab trees. You may also spot lions, leopards, and other animals. Your day concludes with a comfortable overnight stay at Fig tree Lodge and camp near Lake Manyara.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you'll pack your belongings into the safari jeep and embark on an en-route game drive to Serengeti, enjoying lunch along the way. Take in the breathtaking sights of the Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Crater before arriving at Serengeti around 3:00 p.m.

Experience a sunset game drive in central Serengeti, witnessing the mesmerizing sunset. Later, dine and spend the night at Seronera Campsite within Serengeti.

Serengeti's main attractions are its expansive plains and the remarkable wildebeest migration, where herbivores and their followers traverse the landscape. Predators also roam throughout the park, driven by the movements of their prey due to drought. Your day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Nyani Campsite in Serengeti National Park.

Today, you'll rise early for breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive in Serengeti. Our experienced driver will guide you to key areas where you'll have the best chances of encountering the wildebeest migration. This natural phenomenon varies annually, with prime viewing times typically from June to September, and calving season occurring from January to March, peaking in July to September.

Throughout the day, you'll witness the awe-inspiring sight of millions of wildebeest as they roam the savannah in search of fresh grazing pastures and water sources. After a thrilling day of exploration, return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at Nyani Campsite also within Serengeti National Park.

South Serengeti National Park

Wake up at 5:45 a.m. to catch the sunrise in Serengeti, followed by an early breakfast. Enjoy a morning game drive until 11:30 a.m. Then, return to the campsite for a hot lunch and pack your belongings in the jeep.

After lunch, continue your game drive in Serengeti en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive at Simba Campsite for dinner and spend the night.

Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at Ngorongoro Crater Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Creter

Rise around 5:30 a.m. for breakfast, then descend to the floor of Ngorongoro Crater. Here, you'll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five, along with various bird species and black rhinos. Enjoy lunch amidst the stunning scenery and abundance of flamingos.

After 6 to 7 hours of game drives in the crater, ascend and pass through the campsite to pack your belongings in the jeep. Head back to Jambo Lodge for dinner and spend the night. Additionally, embark on a walking tour of Mto wa Mbu village, where you'll immerse yourself in the local culture, observe banana plantations, and savor traditional cuisine.

Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at Fig tree Lodge and camp.
