Have an early breakfast at the camp and then proceed for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara savannah in search of the Big Five. Drive towards the Mara River, where there is a particularly dramatic spectacle, the annual migration of huge herds of gnus and zebras, that takes place between July and November. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game, including black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya.
For an extra cost, consider the optional experience of visiting the nearby Maasai village to explore their traditional culture and lifestyle. You can also take a pre-dawn hot-air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day (optional).

You will arrive at the pink lake in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Naivasha. On arrival, you will check into the hotel, have lunch and spend the afternoon at your leisure with a boat ride (paid directly) at Lake Naivasha.
Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow-barked Acacia xanthophyll, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with birdlife, and Naivasha is known as a world-class birding destination. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffaloes wallow in the swamps, and colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lakes' large hippo population sleep the day out in the shallows. Zebra, impala, caracal, leopard and waterbuck can also be seen in the immediate vicinity of Lake Naivasha, around the Crescent Island.
In the evening, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Around the swamps of Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation is lush with yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms. Other than being renowned for its high population of wild African elephants, the park is home to a diverse range of species, including the Big Five mammals, antelopes, leopards, hyenas, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, monkeys, crocodiles, peacocks, and ostriches, among others.
