Your journey begins with a hotel pick-up and transfer to Wilson Airport in Nairobi for a scenic flight to Cottar's Airstrip in the Maasai Mara. On arrival, your camp guide will welcome you and transfer you to the camp for check-in and a leisurely lunch. After lunch, relax before embarking on a guided afternoon game drive, where you may encounter a remarkable variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.

As the sun sets over the Mara, return to camp to unwind before enjoying a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the African wilderness.

Seed dispersal- Take part is seedball dispersal as part of the camp's efforts to reduce carbon footprints by reforestation.

Embark on Game Walks with a Maasai warrior to reduce your carbon footprint and gain in-depth knowledge of the often-overlooked mini ecosystems. A walk is a wonderful way to look at the smaller critters, take an interest in the plant diversity and see the wildlands at a slower pace. (early morning or evening walks can be arranged for those who are physically fit).

Saving the Best Experiences for Last- Hot Air Ballooning Over the Maasai Mara

A hot air balloon ride is one of the most thrilling experiences you engage in while in the Maasai Mara. The day begins with an early morning call (3:30 a.m.) followed by a steaming cup of coffee or tea before you are transferred to the balloon launching site. Imagine watching an African sunrise from the air alongside a bird's eye view of early morning activity from the early risers of the animal kingdom.

After the epic ride, you'll enjoy a hearty bush breakfast, from where your driver guide will pick you up for the rest of the day's program.

After lunch, go on an afternoon game drive, with a stargazing experience later in the evening (as you sip your drink) with the resident astrologers who'll interpret the skies the African way!

This is the final day of your epic stay's in one of Africa's most vintage safari hangouts! After breakfast, then check-out, a designated driver from Cottar's will drop you off at the Cottar's Private Airstrip from where you'll catch a short-haul flight to Nairobi's Wilson Airstrip.

We'll be waiting with a courtesy car to transfer you to your Nairobi hotel, or drop off to JKIA.

Note: Nairobi Day Activities available upon request such as visit to D. Sheldrick elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Centre, The Nairobi Museum, Karen Blixen Museum, or a Nairobi Slum Tour.
