Your driver-guide will collect you at 7:00am from your hotel, lodge, or Airbnb in Victoria Falls, and together you’ll journey through the scenic National Park toward the Botswana border. With a bit of luck, you may already spot elephants, giraffes, or antelope along the way—an early taste of the adventure ahead. At the border, your guide will assist with immigration formalities before you switch vehicles, stepping into an open-sided 4x4 safari jeep built for game viewing. Your Botswana guide will then lead you into Chobe National Park, home to Africa’s largest elephant herds and abundant wildlife. Around 12:30pm, enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch at a charming four-star lodge overlooking the Chobe River.
