Day 3

Game drive in the park with picnic lunch.
Tarangire National Park (2,600km2) has unrivalled landscape of open plains, dotted with thousands of baobabs. It is located about 120kms south of Arusha. Tarangire is known for its lions and very big herds of buffalo. This is one of Africa’s little-known gems and should be on the itinerary of all lovers of wilderness and solitude. The animals include zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, Maasai giraffe and fringe-eared oryx (gemsbok). Predators include lion, cheetah and leopard. Birders will want to look out for the endemic ashy starling, rufous-tailed weaver and black-collared lovebird.
Dinner and overnight at the Sangaiwe Tented Lodge.

After breakfast depart with picnic lunch and drive to Serengeti crossing Conservation area. Serengeti is renowned for the annual migration of wildebeest and Zebra, which is a remarkable sight to behold. These majestic animals
journey northwards from their breeding grounds in the lush southern plains in search of fresh grazing lands. This park is most famous for it's vast numbers of plains animals, including wildebeests, gazelles, Zebras and the big five making it a unique destination in Africa where enormous land-animal migrations continue to occur.
Dinner and overnight at Acacia Seronera Luxury Camp.

National Park. These majestic animals journey northwards from their breeding grounds in the lush southern plains in search of fresh grazing lands. Later evening drive towards Northern Serengeti for Dinner and overnight Acacia Migration Camp.

Day 7

Serengeti -Ngorongoro - Karatu

Serengeti -Ngorongoro - Karatu

After breakfast, depart with Lunch boxes for Ngorongoro Crater. You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here.
Late afternoon drive to Eileen Trees Inn Lodge for dinner and overnight.
