You'll enjoy a day of game drives until late in the afternoon. You will then drive back to Arusha Airport, ready for your Zanzibar transfer.

With its year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants, among others. What makes this attraction especially famous is the dense population of predators such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopards, which require a trained eye to be spotted. You will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner and one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other waterbirds can usually be seen in this lake.
