Day 2

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

In the morning after breakfast, your driver will pick you up from the lodge/camp to begin your tour. Tarangire National Park is renowned as a fantastic birding destination, boasting large numbers of game, especially during the dry season when the Tarangire River becomes the primary water source in the region. The landscape is also noteworthy, featuring a high concentration of scenic baobab trees. Beyond its famed elephant populations, Tarangire is a haven for bird enthusiasts. From parrots, hornbills, lovebirds, and lilac-breasted rollers to Kori bustards, eagles, and vultures, the park offers a diverse array of bird species. The swamps within Tarangire National Park host one of the largest populations of breeding bird species globally. Additionally, in the vicinity of these swamps, visitors may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even tree-climbing pythons.

Day 3

Tarangire National park - Serengeti National Park

Tarangire National park - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, your safari driver will pick you up and head to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival at Serengeti, continue with game drives in the renowned park. You'll have the opportunity to explore the vast Serengeti plains, renowned for its diverse wildlife and bird species. Expect to encounter the Big 5 wild animals (lion, leopard, black rhino, African Cape buffalo, and elephant), along with other fascinating creatures such as spotted hyenas, wild dogs, cheetahs, giraffes, and gazelles.

Serengeti National Park is also famous for hosting the greatest show on earth - the annual wildebeest migration. This remarkable event occurs during the calving season, typically from December to March, when an average of 10,000 wildebeest calves are born on the same day.

After an exhilarating game drive in Serengeti National Park, you will be driven to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

After breakfast, your safari driver will pick you up from the camp and head towards the park to continue with game drives in the famous Serengeti National Park. Today, you can also expect to spot the Big 5 wild animals (lion, leopard, black rhino, African Cape buffalo, and elephant), as well as other animals like spotted hyenas, wild dogs, cheetahs, giraffes, gazelles, and more. Day 5

On this day, after enjoying breakfast in the morning, your driver guide will take you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will have an amazing experience. You will be driven down to the crater floor, where you will have the opportunity to see several animals, especially the black rhino, as this park provides easy access for spotting them. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is situated in northern Tanzania and is renowned for its vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater, where you can observe the "big 5" (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). You will enjoy your lunch from lunch boxes in the picnic area, offering a magnificent view of the crater's landscape. Around 3:00 PM, you will enjoy an enroute game drive as you head back to the lodge in the Karatu area.

Day 6

Lake Manyara National park - Departure

Lake Manyara National park - Departure

On the second day in the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel and driven all the way to Lake Manyara. Situated in the shadow of the Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is one of Tanzania’s more unique parks, straddling that great fracture in the earth’s surface that divides Africa in two. Here, you will undoubtedly encounter the park's famous elephants, and if you're fortunate, catch a glimpse of one of the equally renowned tree-climbing lions. The park also boasts a lake teeming with wading birds, abundant olive baboons, and dense forests that create an atmosphere where one feels as though thrilling animals could emerge from the trees at any moment. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience the transition between the lower plains and the Crater Highlands, with the Ngorongoro Crater visible to the west.

Finally, you will be driven back to the airport for departure, where you can reflect on and share the experiences you've had during your time in Tanzania.
