Arusha National Park Game Drive
Arusha NP covers Mount Meru, a prominent volcano with an elevation of 4,566 m, in the Arusha region of northeastern Tanzania. The park is small but varied, with spectacular landscapes in 3 distinct areas.
The park has a wide variety of wildlife, but visitors shouldn't expect the same game-viewing experience as in other national parks of Tanzania's Northern circuit. Despite the park's small size, common animals include giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, warthog, black-and-white colobus monkey, blue monkey, flamingo, elephant, bushbuck, and many other African animals.
By midday, you will break for a picnic lunch, and after lunch, the safari will continue. By early afternoon, at 4.30 pm, you will exit the park and head to your hotel. It is time to relax, dine, swim and relive the memories you collected during the day.
