You will be picked by our driver/guide who will transfer you to hotel for overnight stay. He will brief you about the tour and what time to pick you on day 2. The rest of the day you can relax ahead of the start of the tour, enjoy the beautiful pearl of africa.

Day 2

Hike Sipi Falls

Hike Sipi Falls

Early morning, we will leave Entebbe for Kapchorwa, Upon arrival, we will hike to the 3 Sipi water falls through the sipi village while learning the culture of the people living in the communities. The 3 waterfalls lie on the edge of mount Elgon near the Kenyan border.

After, we will conduct a coffee tour in sipi where you will learn the process coffee takes from garden to cup for drinking.

After an early breakfast, you will leave Kapchwora for Kidepo Valley National Park Via Moroto. You will get an opportunity to visit the Karamajong people and their village in Moroto. Arriving in Kidepo Valley in the late afternoon and the rest of the evening will be spent relaxing at the lodge.

Early in the morning, You will head out for a game walk in the park with your guided and armed ranger with a picnic breakfast in the savannah.

After a game drive will be conducted in the heart of the national park, a savannah landscape extends in all directions far beyond the gazetted area of 1442Km2, towards horizons outlined by distant mountain ranges. The park inhabits one of the most exciting faunas of any Ugandan parks, with over 80 species of mammals several of which are endermic to kidepo national park like the cheetah, the striped hyena, the caracal and over 465 bird species including ostriches.

After an early morning breakfast, your will set off to Murchison Falls National Park, have lunch along the way and then proceed to Murchison. The park is bisected by the Victoria Nile, which plunges 45M over the remnant rift valley wall, creating the dramatic Murchison falls, the centrepiece of the park and final event in an 80km stretch of rapids. A short late afternoon game drive will be conducted upon arrival in Murchison falls National park.

Game drives & Boat Trip on River Nile

Game drives & Boat Trip on River Nile

The day will be spent on game drives. We will leave early morning and go on a game drive from 8am to 12noon, seeing several animals including Lions, Giraffees. In the afternoon(2pm-5pm) we will go on the impressive launch trip on the Nile, up to the falls, giving you a chance to see Hippos, Crocodiles, Buffaloes, Elephants and many different birds.

After an early morning breakfast, your will set off from Murchison Falls National Park with a visit to the top falls and transfer to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary along Masindi Rd.

You will stop at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to track the rhinos including the reintroduced white rhino. Then have lunch here and After lunch depart for Hoima where you will stay for the night.

Chimpanzee Tracking

Early morning departure to Kibaale Forest. We will arrive at kibaale forest in time for a walk through Bigodi community and swamp in the morning and later lunch.

At 2pm, we will start with the 4 hours chimp walk after being briefed. Also 10 other primates can be seen. The park is also known for all the butterfly and birds. Being Physically fit is encouraged to be able to walk. Sleeping with the noises of the tropical rainforest.

Early morning game drive will be conducted on the plains of queen Elizabeth with thousands of Ugandan kobs, lions, elephants, Bufalos, Hippos etc. Also on the program is a two hours launch trip on the kazinga channel in the afternoon where we will see all the animals from the waterside. And there will be another game drive after the boat trip.

In the morning, we leave for Bwindi impenetrable National Park. The scenic routes passes mountains, hills, lakes with cultivated terraces, tropical rainforest and bamboo forest.

Upon arrival, you will visit the batwa community to learn more about the people & way of living in the forest and after spend the rest of the evening relaxing at the lodge ahead of tomorrows epic encounter with the gorillas.

This is the day of gorilla tracking. At 7.45am you will be at the office for Bwindi impenetrable forest for pre-briefing and at 8.30am you will start the trek after finding the gorillas you will spend with maximum 1 hour. All visitors are expected back to the starting point by 7pm. Being physically fit is recommended.

After the trek, you will leave for Lake bunyonyi to spend the rest of the day relaxing at Birdnest or Canoeing or Boat trip on the lake can be done.

Early in the morning we will leave for Lake Mburo National Park with relaxing activities at alake bunyonyi if were not done the previous evening. You will have lunch along the way and later proceed to Lake Mburo, a smaller but unique park, and the only one in the Western part of Uganda with impalas and zebras.

Upon arrival, in the afternoon will be for a game drive in this park.

Early morning, we will go for a game walk.

And after a late breakfast, the last part of the journey will bring us to Entebbe Airport.

On the way back after Masaka there will be an opportunity to stop at the equator for photo shoots, buying souvenirs and have lunch. We will bring you directly to Entebbe airport.
