Heading over to Amboseli National Park

Your safari adventure begins in Nairobi, at the airport or your preferred pick-up location. Early in the morning, you will embark on a journey to Amboseli National Park, which is a 4 to 5-hour drive from Nairobi. You will arrive at Amboseli Sopa Lodge Amboseli at lunchtime.

After lunch, you will have an afternoon game drive in Amboseli, where you will likely spot herds of elephants and zebras roaming the plains for food. Amboseli is also home to big cats like lions, so you might witness one on the hunt.

One of the highlights of Amboseli is the breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro. As the sun sets in the clear sky, the dark silhouette of the mountain provides a perfect opportunity to capture stunning photographs or take memorable shots of yourself against this scenic backdrop.

After an exciting day, you will return to the lodge for dinner and rest to prepare you for the adventures that lie ahead.

This final day begins with breakfast, then you will make your way back to Nairobi. You can sneak in a few snaps before leaving Amboseli. The guide will take you to the airport so that you may board your homeward-bound flight or if you are staying in Nairobi, the guide will be sure to drop you off at your preferred drop-off point.
