Pick you up from Airport

Upon your arrival at Bujumbura International Airport, our guide will be waiting for you at the exit. It takes 15 minutes from there to your reserved hotel at Bujumbura town at the shores of Lac Tanganyika. After giving you a pre-briefing, the guide will let you free to rest and prepare the next day.

Tea plantation and Gishora Drummer sanctuary

We will wake up early in the morning to leave the hotel at 7:00 a.m. to go to visit Teza factory and its plantations to get the panoramic view and experience of tea processing. After that we will drive around 2 hours to reach in political capital (Gitega) for visiting the UNESCO heritage (Gishora Drummer Sanctuary) to entertain Burundi's culture and getting the history of the country. Overnight at Gitega.

Transfer to the Airport

On this last day, we will drive around 3 hours and half from Gitega to to Bujumbura down town to make a stop over for taking lunch and then continue to the Airport.
