You’ll be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and set off on a captivating journey through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, as you make your way toward Tarangire National Park. After a scenic 2-hour drive, your safari experience begins with an immersive full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most underrated wildlife gems. Tarangire is renowned for its vast elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and rich diversity of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeest, and buffalo, along with predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. You’ll pause midday to enjoy a hot lunch surrounded by the sounds of the African bush, before continuing your exploration along the life-giving Tarangire River, where animals gather in impressive numbers. With a bit of luck, you may also encounter rare dry-country species such as the fringe-eared oryx and the elegant gerenuk, making this day a truly unforgettable introduction to Tanzania’s wild beauty.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, we’ll depart for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. While the drive is long, the scenery along the way is truly spectacular, making it an unforgettable experience for first-time visitors. As you journey deeper into the Serengeti, you'll quickly understand why its name translates to "endless plains" in the local language.
Covering an impressive 6,900 square miles (18,000 square kilometers), the park’s vast plains stretch to the horizon, challenging your sense of distance. It is the stage for the great migration, home to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and various species of antelopes. The Serengeti is also a prime habitat for big cats and other large predators, providing excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas, with many iconic scenes, like the famous river crossings, filmed here.

You will wake up at 5:45 AM preparing for the hot air balloon safari and enjoy a stunning Serengeti sunrise. After breakfast, you'll embark on a morning game drive until 11:30 AM, then have a hot lunch. Afterward, you will pack up and continue a game drive en route to the Ngorongoro Highlands end the day with dinner and an overnight stay at Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge.

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll descend into the crater for an exciting game drive, where you may spot the Big Five—rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo, and elephant—along with zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena, and many more animals. Birds like flamingos, storks, and vultures add to the rich wildlife.
You'll enjoy lunch near the Ngoitoktok swamp by the hippo pool before continuing your game drive. Later, you'll drive back to Arusha and be dropped off at your hotel to conclude your safari.
