Arusha is a fun city to explore, a fascinating urban complement to the thrills on offer elsewhere in northern Tanzania's safari parks. Here, you'll get to experience lively streets, tasty local food, and busy markets and museums. More than anything else, it's a window into life in a provincial Tanzanian city. You'll stay in the center of Arusha at Kibo Palace Hotel, which is convenient for just about everything in town. Handsome rooms are just the start. Guided Game Drive Tarangire National Park

Explore fantastic Tarangire on a guided game drive that will take you out among the baobab trees to look for lions, elephants and more.

Everything seems to be cast on a grander scale in Tarangire National Park from the giant baobab trees that bring such personality to the park's landscapes to the massive elephants for which the park is famous. Although a popular place to visit for travelers on safari through northern Tanzania, Tarangire rarely feels crowded, and that becomes even more true the further south you go in the park. Other wildlife to look forward to here includes big cats, zebra, hippo, buffalo, wildebeest and more. If you're really lucky, you might spy the park's transient population of African wild dog.

Serengeti National Park

Visiting the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Serengeti is one of the best things you can do on safari. This is a park filled with some of the largest populations of wildlife in Africa. There is a very good chance that you will see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, spotted hyenas, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and so many other species. The endless horizons of the savannah grasslands are the perfect backdrop for seeing so many animals. There's no better safari image than the sun setting deep red behind a silhouetted acacia tree deep in the Serengeti
The Serengeti has large numbers of wildlife, quiet safari trails, and equally wonderful scenery. It's best when the migration is around, but it's good at any time of the year. You're in a fantastic location at Lahia Tented Lodge.
The stylish, wood-floored safari tents sit on stilts and have excellent views from their terraces. There's a swimming pool, and the main building houses a bar and a restaurant.

Come and see the best of Central Serengeti National Park as we take you out on a guided game drive. It really is a terrific way to feel a part of Africa with the wind in your hair as we drive you around to look for animals.

Then after lunch you will do a Transfer Game Drive - From Serengeti National Park - to Ngorongoro Highlands. Our transfer this morning to the next part of your safari is also a game drive which means looking for animals as we go.
Staying at Ngorongoro Lion's Paw Camp means surrounding yourself with all that's good about staying high on the crater rim. The views from the terrace and other places around camp are superb, while the safari tents are large, luxurious and beautifully designed. Trees surround the camp, and you'll eat and drink well in the restaurant and bar.
