Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Sacred Wilderness Expeditions representative who will assist you with your luggage and take you on a short drive to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can marvel at the beautiful weather and scenery.

Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After a blissful morning and a delicious breakfast, your Sacred driver-guide will take you to Tarangire National Park.
The park is famous for its large elephants, which roam freely in massive herds. The park also has its signature huge trunked baobab trees that make the landscape even more remarkable.
Enjoy a game drive inside Tarangire National Park, tracking the large herds of elephants, zebras, buffalo, antelopes, lions, leopards, and other impressive game that call the park home.
In the woodlands and forest, you will spot magnificent birds that are also in abundance around the Park.
After a picnic lunch inside the park, you'll do some more exploring and head out to Ngare Lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Serengeti Natioal Park
Serengeti Natioal Park
You'll wake up early in the morning from your restful sleep, and after you breakfast, drive towards the iconic Serengeti National Park. You will first go through Ngorongoro conservation, where you will stop at the crater viewpoint and appreciate the majesty of the world's largest intact caldera, one of Africa's most magnificent sights. You'll continue your journey through Ngorongoro to your adventure in Serengeti.
Imagine the vast expanse of deep green savannah grasslands adorned with iconic umbrella-like acacia trees, creating a backdrop that's as expansive as it is captivating. It's no wonder this place ranks among the world's best for wildlife viewing—the drama of nature unfolds around every corner.
You'll explore this breathtaking landscape and all its wonders. Thereafter, you'll have a picnic lunch in a picturesque location inside the wilderness. You'll finish your day discovering different wildlife and head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti, you'll enjoy more sightings of wildlife in their morning rituals as you exit the Park and head towards the Ngorongoro Crater.
The crater is teeming with wildlife of different kinds for you to enjoy and marvel at. Over 30,000 mammals are inside the dome-shaped crater, creating the densest population of wildlife in the country.
On your game drive inside the crater, you will get to see the lions, elephants, buffalo (and all of the Big Five), zebras, antelopes, ostrich, and the black rhino, spotted only in the crater.
After a day of enjoying the glorious wildlife and landscape inside the crater, your driver-guide will set you a table by the Hippo-lake, a fascinating destination for a picnic lunch, where you will relax and enjoy your lunch.
You'll visit the Soda Ash Lake that is filled with flamingoes and discover different wildlife before you head out of the crater to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Lake Manyara National Park to Zanzibar
Lake Manyara National Park to Zanzibar
After a delicious breakfast at the lodge, you'll depart with your lunch to Lake Manyara National Park, "The home of the tree-climbing lions".
Lake Manyara National Park is a scenic gem, once described by Earnest Hemingway as “the most beautiful place in Africa”. It’s one of Tanzania’s smaller parks, with nearly two-thirds of its area covered by the lake. The compact wildlife viewing here is a true microcosm of the Tanzanian safari experience.
Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, the world’s largest population of baboons, 400 species of birds, and the soda-ash lake with pink-hued flamingos.
After lunch, you'll head out of the back and to Arusha Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar. You will arrive at a warm welcome from the Sacred Wilderness Expedition Zanzibar representative, who will take you to your beachside accommodation.

Day 6-7
Experience Zanzibar Island

These two days are spent in Zanzibar at your leisure. Use your time to relax on the beach and at the resort. Discover Zanzibar's best beaches, each offering spectacular sunsets, palm-fringed beaches, turquoise waters, white sand, and colorful coral reefs.
The enchanting island of Zanzibar, also known as the Spice Isles, is renowned for its pristine white sandy beaches and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. However, beyond its idyllic shores, Zanzibar offers a treasure trove of rich history and vibrant culture.
You will be happy to advise and take on the adventures you choose to do in Zanzibar at an extra cost.
