Day 1

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha, where you will meet your driver-guide for a short safari briefing before departure. After loading your luggage into the 4×4 safari vehicle, you will drive toward Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy your first full game drive as you explore the park’s diverse landscapes and spot wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and a wide variety of birdlife. Later in the afternoon, you will be transferred to your lodge for dinner and relaxation, preparing for the exciting days ahead in the Serengeti.

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the lodge and begin the scenic journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Along the way, enjoy changing landscapes as you pass through the Ngorongoro highlands and descend onto the endless plains. After entering the Serengeti, your game drive begins immediately, this region is rich in wildlife year-round, especially predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas. Central Serengeti (Seronera) is also known for large resident herds of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and plains game. You will spend the afternoon exploring key wildlife areas before heading to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the natural sounds of the Serengeti.

Day 3

Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti

Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti

After an early breakfast, you will depart your camp and begin the journey toward the Northern Serengeti, one of the most spectacular regions of the park. This area is known for dramatic landscapes, fewer crowds, and incredible concentrations of wildlife. Depending on the season, your guide will take you to the best locations where the Great Migration is expected to move, often along the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras gather in search of fresh grazing. While tracking the migration, keep an eye out for predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and crocodiles along the riverbanks. You will enjoy a full day of game drives, stopping for a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, you will arrive at your camp in the Northern Serengeti for dinner and relaxation under the stars.

Explore the crater floor and encounter an incredible diversity of animals, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, rhinos, and numerous bird species amidst the stunning scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding highlands. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to your lodge near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight, preparing for tomorrow’s cultural excursion to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes.

Lake Eyasi to Arusha City

After breakfast at your lodge near Ngorongoro, drive to Lake Eyasi, a scenic Rift Valley lake and home to the indigenous Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Spend the morning on a guided cultural experience, observing their traditional hunting, gathering, and pastoral lifestyles. Learn about their customs, interact respectfully with the communities, and take part in demonstrations of daily life. Following the cultural visit, enjoy a bird-watching tour around the lake, spotting flamingos, pelicans, storks, and other local bird species in their natural habitats. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha and dropped to the Airport or in the hotel.
