Your adventure begins with a scheduled morning flight from Nairobi to the world-famous Masai Mara. The scenic flight offers breathtaking aerial views of the Great Rift Valley and the vast savannah plains. Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your driver-guide and transferred to your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first exciting game drive in the Mara.

Game drive in Masai mara national park

Today is dedicated to exploring the endless plains of the Masai Mara. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives (or a full-day safari with picnic lunch). The Masai Mara is home to the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino – as well as cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, and abundant birdlife. During the Great Migration season, you may have the opportunity to witness dramatic river crossings along the Mara River, one of the most iconic wildlife spectacles in the world.

Masai mara to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, depart by road to Lake Nakuru, located in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in this renowned rhino sanctuary. Lake Nakuru is famous for both black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, lions, and occasionally leopards. The lake also attracts large numbers of flamingos and other bird species.
