Your journey begins with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Kogatende Airstrip in the northern Serengeti, placing you directly inside one of Africa’s most remarkable wilderness regions.
Upon arrival, your professional safari guide welcomes you and your first game drive starts immediately. You head toward the Mara River area, where open plains meet river ecosystems and seasonal wildlife concentrations attract large numbers of herbivores and predators.
Depending on the season, you may encounter wildebeest and zebra moving through the region as part of the wider Serengeti ecosystem. The area is also rich in resident wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and cheetahs, offering immediate and varied game viewing.
By late afternoon, you arrive at your tented camp near the Mara River for dinner and overnight stay in a remote wilderness setting.

After breakfast, you begin a full-day game drive as you move from the northern Serengeti toward the Central Serengeti plains.
The route passes through changing landscapes, from river zones to open savannah. Wildlife sightings may include lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herbivore herds depending on movement patterns within the ecosystem.
A picnic lunch is enjoyed in the bush, allowing you to remain fully immersed in the safari experience. In the afternoon, you enter the Central Serengeti, known for consistent resident wildlife activity.
By evening, you arrive at your Central Serengeti tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

The morning begins with a game drive in the Central Serengeti, offering further wildlife viewing in the early light when predators are most active.
You then continue toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The landscape gradually changes from open plains to highlands with scenic viewpoints along the route.
In the afternoon, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense ecosystems. The crater is home to elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino, alongside predators such as lions and hyenas.
After the crater experience, you continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
