Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly met and greeted by our professional safari guide. Without delay, your adventure begins as you head straight to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Known for its iconic baobab trees, vast savannah landscapes, and impressive herds of elephants, Tarangire offers a rich variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. The Tarangire River, which runs through the park, serves as a vital water source and draws large numbers of animals, especially during the dry season. In the late afternoon, you'll drive to your lodge located just outside the park for a delicious dinner and overnight stay, resting up for the next day’s adventure.

Tarangire to Ngoro Ngoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you'll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending into the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Often referred to as the "Eighth Wonder of the World," the crater is home to an incredible density of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—as well as hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and countless other species. The lush crater floor, with its mix of grasslands, forests, and a central soda lake, creates a breathtaking backdrop for your wildlife encounters. After an unforgettable day of exploration and photography, you'll ascend from the crater and begin your journey back or head to your next destination, marking the end of a thrilling 2-day safari adventure.
