Your experience includes a guided boat safari on the lake, offering close views of hippos and a variety of water birds. You will also visit Crescent Island Sanctuary, where you and your family can enjoy a guided walk among freely roaming zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and other wildlife in a safe and scenic setting.

After breakfast, transfer to the Mara Airstrip for your scheduled flight into Serengeti National Park.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by your new safari guide and set out on an afternoon game drive through this world-famous wilderness. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast populations of wildebeest, zebras, and antelope, and offers outstanding opportunities to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. You may also encounter elephants, hippos, and giraffes roaming the open plains.

Lunch will be enjoyed either as a picnic in the bush or as a hot meal at camp, after which you will continue with afternoon game drives across the plains. As the sun sets over the Serengeti, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Transfer from Maasai Mara to Serengeti is via Isebania border crossing.

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, often described as the Eighth Wonder of the World. From the panoramic viewpoint along the rim, enjoy your first breathtaking sight of this vast, fertile caldera and quickly understand why it is regarded as one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural landmarks.
Located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the crater supports more than 120 mammal species, including the legendary Big Five. It is one of the best places to encounter the endangered black rhinoceros and to observe large pods of hippos resting in the crater’s wetlands.
Exploring the crater floor in an open-top vehicle offers exceptional opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. The area hosts a dense population of predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, alongside abundant herbivores including wildebeest, zebras, various antelope species, and Cape buffalo.

Tarangire National Park

The day begins early in Tarangire National Park, where you may witness impressive herds of elephants gathering around waterholes, along with impalas, zebras, and, with some luck, elusive leopards in their natural habitat. A midday picnic allows you to relax while enjoying the park’s dramatic scenery.
Tarangire’s rich birdlife adds another highlight to the experience, from colorful lilac-breasted rollers to towering ostriches. Afternoon game drives often reveal additional wildlife activity as the day cools.

Day 10-11
Tarangire to Amboseli
Tarangire to Amboseli
After breakfast, depart from Tarangire and begin your journey back toward Kenya. The drive is scenic, and upon crossing the border, you will complete immigration formalities and meet your new guide before continuing to the park.
Amboseli National Park is often referred to as the “Royal Court of Kilimanjaro,” a name earned by its dramatic views of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the savannah. An afternoon game drive introduces you to the park’s rich wildlife, including herds of wildebeest and zebras, lions, hyenas, a variety of antelope species, and some of Kenya’s largest elephant populations.
The iconic sight of elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife moving across the plains with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop creates one of Africa’s most memorable safari scenes.
You will spend two nights exploring Amboseli National Park, allowing ample time to enjoy its landscapes and wildlife.

Rise early this morning for your best chance to witness Mount Kilimanjaro at dawn. Often elusive behind clouds, Africa’s highest peak is most likely to reveal itself in the soft early-morning light, offering a truly memorable sight.
From several viewpoints within Amboseli National Park, the iconic silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro forms a dramatic backdrop to your wildlife encounters. As you enjoy game drives across the park, you may spot elephants, giraffes, and other plains wildlife moving gracefully across the savannah with the towering mountain rising in the distance—one of East Africa’s most celebrated safari scenes.
Later in the day, depart Amboseli and travel to Nairobi, where you will be transferred to the airport or to your hotel, marking the conclusion of your safari journey.
