Upon arrival at Mombasa Airport, you will be met by our office representative for a short safari briefing. Afterward, you'll proceed northward, driving about 3 hours to Taita Hill wildlife sanctuary, arriving in good time for lunch and check in at Taita Hill Resort, located outside the gate, the sister hotel to Salt Lick Lodge. After lunch and perhaps a dip in the pool, you'll proceed with the first afternoon game drive.
The sanctuary is a dispersal area and migrating corridor for wildlife between Tsavo East National Park and Tsavo West National Park and making it a highly valued tourism area and of ecological importance. The sanctuary hosts over 50 mammal species, including elephants, zebras, cape buffaloes, Giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and varied antelope species, and over 390 bird species, including resident, intra-African, and pale arctic migrant birds.
The iconic Salt lick lodge with an underground hide gives a lifetime experience. Overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge.

Day 2

After breakfast, you'll say bye-bye to Tiata Hills and continue with the safari and onto Tsavo West, arriving in mid-morning, where you will enjoy animal viewing as you drive to the lodge. You'll have lunch at the lodge. Later, you'll continue with an afternoon game drive where you will have a chance to visit the Mzima Spring among the varied species of animals found in the park. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3

After breaking your journey further north through the Shetani lava flows take you to Amboseli National Park, home of the gentle giants. Arriving in good time for lunch. After lunch, you'll enjoy the afternoon game drive in search of more wildlife in the park. In a clear sky, you will have a chance to view the iconic rooftop of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Large herds of elephants with a backdrop of Kilimanjaro are the highlight of the park. As the sun goes down, you'll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll check out the lodge and enjoy an en route safari as you exit the park. Soon after, you'll drive to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey back home or your preferred drop-off point.
