Day 1

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi or from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You’ll depart the bustling city and head north-west through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, making scenic stops en route for photography. By mid-morning, you’ll arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its shimmering alkaline lake, flocks of pink flamingos, and its role as a rhino sanctuary.
After checking in at your lodge and enjoying lunch, you’ll set out for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is home to both white and black rhinos, as well as Rothschild giraffes, lions, waterbucks, and abundant birdlife. The acacia woodlands and surrounding cliffs also offer picturesque landscapes for photography.
In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and travel through the rolling hills and open plains of the Rift Valley as you make your way to the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey takes you through local towns and Maasai villages, giving you a glimpse into rural Kenyan life.
Arrive at Enkorok Mara camp in time for lunch and a short rest before heading out for your first game drive in Masai Mara. This vast savannah is teeming with wildlife — lions lazing in the sun, elephants foraging through the grasslands, and wildebeest grazing in herds. The Mara is particularly famous for its concentration of big cats and is part of the greater Serengeti ecosystem.
Return to your camp for a campfire dinner and the unique sounds of the African night.

Day 3

Full-Day Masai Mara – Big Five and the Great Migration
Today is dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara in depth. You’ll head out after breakfast (or earlier for a sunrise game drive) in search of the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. The Masai Mara is also home to cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, hippos, and crocodiles found near the Mara River.
You may choose to carry a packed lunch for a full-day exploration, or return to camp for lunch and head back out in the afternoon. The optional hot air balloon safari (at extra cost) offers an unforgettable aerial view of the savannah at dawn, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
In the late afternoon, you have the option to visit a traditional Maasai village(Optional, at an extra cost)and learn about the community’s customs and way of life. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 4
Masai Mara to Ngorongoro – Cross into Tanzania

After an early breakfast, depart Masai Mara and drive southwest toward the Isebania border, where you’ll go through immigration and cross into Tanzania. Here, you will meet your Tanzanian guide who will take over for the rest of your journey through Tanzania.
You’ll drive through the western corridor of the Serengeti and onward toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying wildlife sightings and scenic views along the way. Depending on road and wildlife activity, lunch will be packed or taken en route. You’ll reach your lodge inside Ngorongoro Highlands in the late afternoon or evening.
Enjoy a warm meal and rest ahead of the next day’s crater adventure.

Day 5

Today is a highlight of your safari as you descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, often called Africa’s “Garden of Eden.” After an early breakfast, you’ll enter the crater floor for a full day of game viewing. The caldera’s enclosed ecosystem supports a dense population of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, warthogs, and a variety of birds.
Stop for a scenic picnic lunch at the hippo pool and continue your exploration through the lush forests, open plains, and marshlands of the crater floor. With luck, you may even spot a rare leopard or cheetah.
In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to your lodge for dinner.

Day 6

After breakfast, drive toward Serengeti National Park, traversing varied landscapes and perhaps making a cultural stop at Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site (optional at extra cost). As you enter Serengeti, the scenery opens into vast golden grasslands dotted with acacia trees and granite outcrops known as kopjes.
You’ll enjoy a game drive en route to your camp, with the possibility of encountering prides of lions, herds of elephants, giraffes, and the beginning or end of the Great Migration depending on the season.
Arrive at your camp or lodge in the late afternoon, in time to relax and watch the sun set over the Serengeti.

Day 7

Enjoy a short sunrise game drive if time permits, followed by breakfast at the lodge. You’ll then begin the journey back toward Kenya, exiting Serengeti and driving to the Namanga border post. After border formalities, you’ll meet your Kenyan guide and continue to Amboseli National Park, famous for its postcard-perfect views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Arrive in the early evening at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, where you can enjoy dinner and take in the views of Africa’s highest peak towering over the plains.

Spend the day exploring Amboseli, known for its vast herds of elephants, often seen against the backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, enjoy a game drive through the park’s open plains, marshes, and woodlands. Sightings may include lions, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and over 400 bird species.
Visit the Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park, and enjoy lunch back at the lodge or packed for a full-day game experience. In the evening, relax and enjoy your final safari sunset or if you wish you can opt and visit a nearby Maasai Village(Optional, at an extra cost) for cultural immersion.

Arrive in Nairobi by early to mid-afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your onward travel plans.
