Though compact, the park is incredibly diverse, famous for its unique tree-climbing lions. A highlight of your visit will be the stunning salt lake, which changes with the seasons and draws thousands of graceful flamingos, along with over 300 other bird species. The park’s landscape is a beautiful blend of grassy plains, lush woodlands teeming with primates, and towering baobab trees along the cliffs. You’ll return to Arusha around 4:00 pm, with some flexibility in case you need to catch a flight.
