Nairobi to Nanyuki

Pick up from your Hotel/ residence in Nairobi or from the airport at 7.30am and drive to Nanyuki - A scenic 3.5-hour drive (198 km) to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club. Arrive at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club 12.30PM and enjoy a delicious lunch at the club’s restaurant with stunning views of Mount Kenya.
At 02:30 PM Head to the Mount Kenya Animal Orphanage, located within the club and explore the orphanage, interact with rescued animals, and learn about conservation efforts.
In the Evening return to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club an enjoy a delightful dinner at the club’s restaurant.
Relax by the fireplace or take a stroll in the beautifully landscaped gardens before settling in for the night.

Fairmont Mount Safari club to Ol-Pejeta Conservancy

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club, depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy (approx. 45-minute drive). Up on arrival Start with a game drive to spot the Big Five and other wildlife, visit the Sweetwater's Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where you can see rescued chimpanzees. Tour the Endangered Species Enclosure, home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world at extra cost of 70 USD per person. Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the scenic spots inside the conservancy and continue with game drive in the afternoon, you will also have time to visit the Rhino Memorial Site and learn about conservation efforts. At 17.30hrs drive back to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari club for dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club from 7:30 AM to 9.30am, later check out and depart for Nairobi (approx. 3.5-hour drive). Arrive Nairobi early afternoon and be dropped to your hotel or to the airport.

Depending on your flight departure time, you can opt for extra excursions in Nairobi, such as visiting the Giraffe Center, Kazuri Beads Factory, Karen Blixen Museum, and Galleria Mall for souvenir shopping. All of these are available at an additional cost.
