Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 360 km² wildlife sanctuary in Laikipia County, Kenya, situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares. It is renowned for its conservation efforts, particularly as East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary and home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world. The conservancy also hosts the Big Five and operates the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where chimpanzees can be seen.
