Ngorongoro to Arusha

A game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most unique and rewarding safari experiences in Africa. Often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World," the crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, spanning about 260 square kilometers and enclosed by steep, forested walls.

After descending nearly 600 meters to the crater floor, you’ll find yourself in a lush, self-contained wildlife haven. The diverse habitats—grassy plains, swamps, forests, and a soda lake-support an incredible concentration of animals, making wildlife sightings almost guaranteed.
