Day 1

Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve situated in south west of Kenya and popularly for its breathtaking landscapes and plenty of wildlife making it one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive as you traverse the vast savannahs and grasslands in search of wildlife. Masai Mara is renowned for its high concentration of predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah and the open grasslands provide an ideal hunting grounds for the apex predators.

Day 2

After breakfast embark on a full day of game viewing within the reserve with packed lunch. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Masai Mara National Reserve is famous for The Big Five animals (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinos and Buffalo). What amazes travelers in this reserve is the annual migration of wildebeests. The animals shift on July and return on November and is among the seventh wonder of the world. The park has the largest concentration of African lions, including the black-maned lion. Bird life is in plenty as wildlife at the Mara, which boasts over 400 different bird species.

Day 3

(Optional) Wake up at first light, grab a cup of coffee and leave the lodge to the nearby Masai Village where you have the opportunity to learn and interact with the local Maasai Community. Maasais are popular and better-known ethnic people in East Africa due to their traditional origins from areas surrounding Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and later on embark on your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive in Nakuru in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is a standpoint and harbor for watching more than 400 species of birds in rift valley. As you visit the lake, game animals are in large numbers. Hippos, buffalos and many species of birds with Flamingos prominently notable. Nakuru National Park is home to few remaining Rhinos in Kenya and also offers great sightseeing of larger predators like the lions and Leopards.

Day 4
Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast embark on your journey to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for Lunch and check-in. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake and a birder’s paradise with over 400 bird species and more than 1,500 hippos have been recorded. Pelicans, cormorants, and fish-eagles can also be seen. There are more animals per acre than in any other Kenyan park including herds of wildebeests, waterbucks, zebras, buffalos, and gazelles.
In the afternoon one can opt to engage on a number optional activities around Lake Naivasha including:

Day 5

Rise up early for breakfast, checkout and go for guided walk at Hell’s Gate National Park. the park has attractions like the Olkaria and Hobley’s, two extinct volcanoes and the obsidian forms from the cool molten lava. Within Hell’s Gate is the Hells Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs which contain two volcanic plugs: Fischer’s Tower and Central Tower which is a smaller gorge that extends to the south and of which a path descends into hot springs. You will exit the park around 1100hrs and continue your journey to Amboseli National Park with a stopover for lunch in Nairobi. You will arrive at your lodge later in the evening, check-in and dinner.

Day 6

Rise up early for breakfast and embark on a full day game drive with parked lunch as you enjoy good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in the whole of Africa to experience elephant at close range. Our game drives will take you to the observation hill to have a better overall view of the park including the adjacent marshy swamps. Wildlife is abundant in this park together with pelicans and other bird species. Your game viewing will be spread to cover the open plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush country, swamps and marshland.

Day 7

After breakfast depart Amboseli for Nairobi arriving later in the afternoon with a transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi Hotel. Depending on what time you will arrive in Nairobi and if time permits, our driver guide will arrange a Bonus Nairobi city tour and shopping for those who could like to carry home some souvenirs.
