Arrive in Lake Nakuru National Park just in time for lunch at your lodge. After a short rest, head out for an afternoon game drive around the soda lake, where flocks of flamingos paint the shoreline pink, and rhinos roam among acacias.
This compact park is home to lions, Rothschild giraffes, zebras, and if you're lucky — leopards hiding in the fever trees.

Later in the afternoon, take a guided visit to a local Maasai village (Manyatta). You'll meet warrior elders, learn about age-set traditions, hear ancient songs, and step inside a traditional home to understand their deep-rooted harmony with wildlife.

Make your way toward the Mara River, where herds gather at the banks, predators wait, and the tension is real. Watch as wildebeest and zebra attempt daring crossings, facing crocodiles and sheer chaos.

Start the morning with a sunrise game drive — a chance to spot lions on the move, cheetahs hunting, or a leopard retreating into the bush. The early hours are magical, with golden light and crisp air.
Return to camp for breakfast and some rest.
In the afternoon, head out again. This time, explore lesser-driven tracks, watch elephant families by the river, or follow vultures that might lead you to a fresh lion kill. Your guide knows how to read the land — trust the chase.
Back at camp, enjoy your last night with a bonfire and the distant roar of lions in the dark.

Return from the Wild – Mara to Nairobi
Return from the Wild – Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Nairobi by road. It’s a long but beautiful drive — time to soak in the final views, swap stories, and maybe nap to the rhythm of the bush fading behind you.
Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, depending on your schedule.
