Your safari adventure begins with a 7:00 AM pick-up from your beach hotel in Mombasa or Diani. You'll embark on a scenic drive through the Kenyan countryside toward Tsavo East National Park, one of the oldest and largest national parks in Kenya. Upon arrival at the park’s gate, you’ll begin to sense the raw, untamed beauty of Tsavo as you pass through open savannahs dotted with baobab trees.

After checking in at your lodge or camp, enjoy a delicious lunch and a bit of relaxation before heading out for your first evening game drive. Tsavo East is known for its “Red Elephants,” named for their dust-coated appearance, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species. As the golden sun sets over the plains, you'll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay under the starry African sky. The sounds of the wild will lull you to sleep as you prepare for the journey ahead.

Begin your day with an early breakfast and check out followed by a morning game drive in Tsavo East, where the cool morning air often means more active wildlife. This is the perfect time to catch glimpses of predators and grazing herbivores before they retreat into the shade. Around 10:00 AM depart for the nearby Taita Hills Game Sanctuary, a privately owned wildlife conservancy nestled within the scenic Taita Hills.

Upon arrival, you’ll check in and enjoy lunch at the lodge, typically perched with panoramic views of the rolling hills and waterholes below. Spend the early afternoon relaxing or watching wildlife right from the lodge’s terrace. In the late afternoon, head out for an evening game drive, exploring the sanctuary's unique terrain and possibly spotting elephants, lions, buffaloes, and exotic birds. After breakfast, begin your day with an enroute game drive as you exit Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. The drive to Amboseli National Park takes you through Kenya’s heartland, offering glimpses of rural life, colorful roadside markets, and stunning landscapes. Arriving in Amboseli by midday, you'll check into your lodge or camp and enjoy a hearty lunch while taking in the majestic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak.

Spend your early afternoon unwinding before heading out for an evening game drive at 4PM across the park’s open plains. Amboseli is famed for its large herds of elephants and the dramatic backdrop of Kilimanjaro, making it a photographer's paradise. You may also spot lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and a variety of birdlife along the swamps and waterholes. Return to the lodge in the evening for a delicious dinner and restful overnight stay with Mount Kilimanjaro towering in the distance.

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park, complete with picnic lunch boxes for a truly immersive bush experience. The day offers endless opportunities to explore the diverse habitats of the park, from dry lakebeds and savannah grasslands to swamps fed by underground rivers from Kilimanjaro’s melting snow. Keep your eyes peeled for herds of elephants crossing the plains, flocks of flamingos in the wetlands, and elusive predators lounging under acacia trees.

Visit observation hill for panoramic views of the park and a chance to see wildlife congregating around water sources. At around 9:00 AM, begin your drive to Nairobi, passing through scenic countryside and small towns bustling with local activity. The journey offers a glimpse into the daily rhythm of life in rural Kenya.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at your hotel or directly at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari. This marks the conclusion of your journey through some of Kenya’s most iconic parks and landscapes, an experience filled with wildlife encounters, cultural insights, and breathtaking scenery.
