Arrival To Nyerere NP, Boat Safari & Village Tour

A professional driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight to Mtemere Airstrip at Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival, our drivers will transfer you to Africa Safari Camp where you can unwind. Later, accompanied by our expert guide, you will explore the local village and witness various cultural activities. Afterward, you will enjoy a delicious lunch back at Africa Safari Selous.

Your day starts at 7:30 am after breakfast, with a full-day game drive in Nyerere National Park. Our local guide will pick you up from Africa Safari Selous. You'll spend the day spotting animals like elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Expect great views, birdlife, and a mix of landscapes. Lunch is packed and eaten in the park. After the drive, you’ll head back for dinner and rest at the lodge.

Walking Safari & Depature

On this last day, after breakfast, you will do a walking tour in the forest with our Bushman, accompanied by an armed ranger. You’ll return to the camp for breakfast and prepare to leave for the Mtemere Airstrip where you will be picked up by our drivers and fly to Zanzibar.
