Transfer by road from Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater. We'll greet you, give you a quick rundown on what happens next, and answer your questions. Then we'll take you out to discover what this incredible country has to offer.
Crater drive, Ngorongoro Crater. Your day in and around Ngorongoro Crater could just be one of the most memorable of your whole safari. You’ll explore the crater rim and then drive down onto the crater floor, where the critically endangered black rhinos are the stars of an astonishing wildlife show. You’ll almost certainly see large-tusked elephants, at least one of the Ngorongoro’s four lion prides, and wandering clans of spotted hyenas. It also just happens to be one of Africa’s most beautiful corners, a hidden world where you’ll be surrounded by steep, deep-green crater walls, a salt lake, forests, and hippo-filled waterways.

Central Serengeti National Park

Early morning breakfast, Ngorongoro Crater, and transfer by road, Ngorongoro Crater to Central Serengeti National Park. When you explore the Central Serengeti, you're enjoying one of the best wildlife destinations in northern Tanzania. Here you'll find the big populations of wildlife for which the Serengeti is famous. You'll also have a good chance of seeing big cats. This area has plenty of northern Tanzania's iconic acacia trees, as well as seemingly endless Serengeti horizons.
You'll be staying at Serengeti Sound of Nature Luxury Tented Camp while you're in Central Serengeti National Park. It's a good place to return to at the end of your safari day.

Bush Breakfast in Central Serengeti National Park. We'll take you out into the wilds for a wonderful breakfast in the open air. We choose the location carefully, both for its beautiful views and to make sure there are no dangerous animals around! It's a wonderful experience. Transfer from Central Serengeti National Park to Zanzibar Island. Chill out on beautiful beaches and visit quaint old Stone Town on Zanzibar Island. Enjoy historic architecture, spice-laden markets, and a rich sense of history as you explore the moody alleys of Zanzibar's Stone Town.
Catch the sea breeze and the smell of spices at this hotel in Zanzibar's Stone Town. The whole hotel, from the public areas to the rooms and apartments, is filled with character, whether in the Swahili wooden beds or the wall decorations. The hotel is right by the water, and you'll look out over traditional wooden boats (dhows) in the harbor. Relax in the pool and enjoy the restaurant too.

Few places capture Tanzania’s Swahili coastal magic quite like sleepy little Pangani. Here you can laze on the beach and watch traditional dhow fishing boats silhouetted against the sun as it rises over the Indian Ocean. There are numerous activities to enjoy. And you can’t miss the strong sense of history in this former slave and ship-building port. It's time to enjoy your breakfast, one of the culinary highlights of your safari day. Transfer by Road, Tembo House Hotel & Apartments to Changuu (Prison) Island. Enjoy the pleasure of time on the beach in Pangani.

Early morning breakfast, Mayai Ocean Resort. Take in more of the Indian Ocean views from amid the ramshackle charm of Pangani. Let's go diving down into the ocean to explore the marine life. It's an exciting alternative to the usual land-based activities and will introduce you to a whole new underwater world. This evening, you will join us for a boat trip in Pangani and enjoy getting a whole new perspective on your safari.
