Fly from O.R. Tambo International, Johannesburg, South Africa to Hoedspruit Airport in the Kruger National Park, where you will be met and transferred by bush road to Simbavati Camp George. Camp George shares a 360° nature experience, from bush exploration to learning and understanding the intricacies of the wildlife and their ecosystems. Offering a front-row seat, you can immerse yourself in nature with twice daily professionally guided game drives, guided bush walks and night drives in Klaserie Private Game Reserve to include the Big 5 (leopard, elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo), hippo, wild dog, zebra etc. to name a few. Each day begins at sunrise with the tracking of big game on your first game drive. Return to camp for breakfast before relaxing on the verandah or by the pool. After a delicious lunch, set off for the evening safari (2 to 3 hours) with your professional ranger before a sundowner in the bush and a fabulous 3-course dinner back at camp. Bush road transfer from Camp George in Klaserie Reserve to Hilltop in the Timbavati Reserve

Following your morning game drive at Camp George and a hearty breakfast, transfer by road to Simbavati Hilltop Tented Camp. Hilltop has one of the finest settings in the Timbavati Private Game Reserve, an unfenced but private part of the Kruger Park. Perched on a hillside, it has wide-angle views over the bush and distant mountains of the Drakensberg escarpment. Below lies the expansive Mbali Dam and the Nhlaralumi River, where you may see elephants and other wildlife coming to quench their thirst. This luxurious tented lodge has a romantic, bright and airy ambience with 8 spacious tented suites connected by wooden walkways to the main lodge. Enjoy their warm team of welcoming staff and professional rangers who will take you on both daily culinary and safari expeditions of note. Timbavati forms part of the Greater Kruger Park and offers exceptional game viewing, including the Big Five. Twice-daily game drives also provide close encounters with birds and animals, large and small.
