Day 3

Morning: After breakfast, depart for Saadani National Park (approx. 2.5–3 hrs drive), a rare and exciting park where wildlife meets the Indian Ocean.
Midday: Arrive at your lodge or camp inside or near the park. Enjoy a hot lunch and settle in.
Afternoon: Beach Safari Experience
Begin your unique beach safari — imagine watching elephants, buffalo, or giraffes against a backdrop of waves and white sand. This is one of the only places in Africa where lions can be spotted near the beach, and you may see hippos or warthogs strolling along the coastline.
Late Afternoon: Wami River Boat Safari
Spot crocodiles, hippos, and a wide variety of aquatic birds like kingfishers, herons, fish eagles, and storks.
The boat safari offers peaceful, scenic views of the mangroves and floodplains, giving you a different perspective of wildlife activity.
