Day 1

After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive through the scenic highlands toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to Africa’s densest population of wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive on the crater floor, where you may spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, as well as hippos, zebras, hyenas, and abundant birdlife.

A hot picnic lunch will be served at a designated spot inside the crater. In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha City.
