Morning: Pick-up from your Arusha hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours).
Game Drive: Full day exploring Tarangire, famous for large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife such as lions, leopards, zebras, and giraffes.
Lunch: Picnic in the park.
Evening: Drive to a public campsite near Tarangire or Mto wa Mbu.

Day 2
Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you’ll drive for about an hour to reach Lake Manyara National Park, beautifully set at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Once inside the park, you’ll embark on a half-day game drive through diverse landscapes of forest, open plains, swamps, and the shimmering alkaline lake itself. This park is renowned for its large herds of elephants, abundant birdlife including thousands of flamingos, pods of hippos wallowing in the water, and the rare and famous tree-climbing lions resting in acacia branches. During the drive, you’ll also spot giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and various antelope species. At midday, you’ll enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park, surrounded by the sounds and sights of the African wilderness.

Day 3

On the morning of Day 3, after an early breakfast, you will depart from Lake Manyara and drive towards the famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself offers stunning views of rolling hills, Masai villages, and the vast open plains that stretch endlessly into the distance. As you enter Serengeti, the landscape transforms into the classic African savanna dotted with acacia trees and teeming with wildlife. Along the way, you may choose to stop at Olduvai Gorge, a world-renowned archaeological site (optional, extra fee), where some of the earliest human remains were discovered. In the evening, you’ll arrive at your campsite, enjoy dinner, and relax under the stars in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you will spend the full day exploring the breathtaking Serengeti National Park, focusing on the rich wildlife areas of the Seronera region, which is famous for its abundance of big cats including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on the season, you may also witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration as thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the plains in search of fresh grazing. Throughout the day, you’ll drive across diverse landscapes from open grasslands to riverine forests spotting elephants, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, jackals, and a variety of antelope species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic spot within the park, allowing time to relax while surrounded by nature. In the evening, you’ll return to your campsite for dinner and an overnight stay, resting under the starlit African sky in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 5

On Day 5, after breakfast, you’ll enjoy a final game drive in the Serengeti while exiting the park, offering a last chance to spot wildlife like lions, cheetahs, and grazing herds. After a picnic lunch en route, you’ll drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with scenic views and optional stops such as a Maasai Boma for a cultural visit. By late afternoon, you’ll reach your campsite on the crater rim, where you’ll have dinner and an overnight stay overlooking the stunning Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 6

On the final day, after an early breakfast, you’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling half-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a rich concentration of wildlife within its natural enclosure, including black rhinos, elephants, lions, hyenas, hippos, zebras, and flamingos gathered around the soda lake. Your guide will help you explore the crater floor’s diverse habitats — from open grasslands to swamps and forests — maximizing your chances of spotting the Big Five. After a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool area, you’ll ascend from the crater and begin your drive back to Arusha (approximately 3–4 hours). The safari ends with drop-off at your hotel or the airport, depending on your onward travel plans.
