Your adventure kicks off with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi. As you journey southwest through the Great Rift Valley, enjoy scenic stopovers for breathtaking views and photo opportunities. After approximately 5 hours of immersive road travel filled with changing terrains and glimpses of rural life, you arrive at Enchoro Wildlife Camp, tucked just outside the gates of Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, you're warmly welcomed by the friendly camp staff and treated to a refreshing lunch in the rustic dining area.
After a brief rest and check-in, embark on your first game drive across the Mara’s golden plains, where the wilderness comes alive. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and other incredible wildlife that roam freely across the reserve. As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, return to Enchoro Camp for an evening of relaxation. Enjoy a hearty dinner around the campfire or in the cozy dining area.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

After an early breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and begin your scenic journey toward Lake Nakuru, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for an afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s diverse habitats, from acacia woodlands to the shores of the alkaline lake, famous for its seasonal flocks of flamingos. Keep an eye out for white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and possibly elusive leopards. After the game drive, exit the park and proceed to Buraha Zenoni Hotel in Nakuru town, where you’ll check in and enjoy a relaxing evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
