Fly To Mikumi National Park

You will be picked up early in the morning from your hotel in Zanzibar and driven to Zanzibar Airport. Arriving around 7:00 AM, you will take a direct flight to Mikumi National Park. There, you will meet your driver-guide for a full-day game drive. Breakfast and lunch will be provided inside the park. After the game drive, you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Enroute game drive at Nyerere national park

Following our morning breakfast, we will commence our journey to Nyerere National Park, ensuring we have a pre-prepared packed lunch to sustain us throughout the day's adventures. The drive to the park itself will be an experience, as we will incorporate a brief preliminary game drive along the way, offering an initial glimpse into the park's wildlife and scenery. Subsequently, we will proceed to our accommodation, which is the Selous Mapumziko Lodge, where we will settle in for dinner and a restful overnight stay, allowing us to recharge for the activities planned for the following day. We anticipate a relaxing evening in comfortable lodging.

Bush walking, Maasai village & Boat safari

Begin your day with early morning tea or coffee, followed by a guided bush walk led by a local bushman, offering an intimate experience with nature and insights into the African bush. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Afterward, a driver will take you to a Maasai village for a 2-3 hour immersion in Maasai culture. Next, embark on a 2-hour cultural village tour before returning to the lodge for lunch. Conclude the day with a sunset boat safari on the Rufiji River.

Full Game Drive & Fly Back To Zanzibar

Your adventure starts at your lodge. An experienced driver will pick you up at 6:00 AM for a full-day game drive. You will enjoy breakfast and lunch inside the park, surrounded by beautiful views and a great atmosphere. Later in the day, around 4pm you will be transported to Mtemere Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, upon your arrival in Zanzibar, our drive will be present to facilitate a seamless drop off at your chosen hotel.
