1-Day Safari Fly in Fly out from Zanzibar to Nyerere NP

Begin your adventure to Nyerere National Park (previously Selous Game Reserve) with an early morning flight departing Zanzibar at 6:00 AM, arriving at Mtemere Airstrip by 7:00 AM. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your experienced driver/guide and set off on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided. Travel in an open-sided or open-roof vehicle for unobstructed views of the park’s incredible wildlife.

This unique journey through the African wilderness offers an unforgettable opportunity to encounter iconic animals such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras, and the elusive African wild dog. Continue exploring the stunning bush landscape before returning to the airstrip at approximately 4:00 PM for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.
