Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up from the hotel or airport by one of our representatives and driven to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival in Amboseli, you will have lunch. Later, you'll proceed with the afternoon game drives until sunset. Amboseli National Park is one of the top Kenya safari national parks that is known for having big herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll return to the camp later after the game drive for rest, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2

You can rise early on this day and embark on a game drive at dawn before returning to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast, you will equip yourselves with picnic lunch boxes and spend the rest of the day enjoying game watching in the park on morning, afternoon, and evening game drives. Amboseli National Park is located in the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro — Africa’s highest, whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in the early morning. The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You are also likely to see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest, and other plain animals.

Day 3

Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park

Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park

You will have breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru and arrive in time for lunch. Lake Nakuru National Park is a habitat to over 100 endangered rhinos, distributed between the black and white rhinos. The park is also home to the endangered Rothschild's giraffe and over 50 or more animal species that include buffalo, waterbucks, lions, impalas, and many more. After the game drives, you will head to the camp where you will freshen up, then have your dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will drive to the Masai Mara, so named to mean the “spotted plains” in the Mara language. You'll arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you'll enjoy wildlife viewing on the afternoon game drive until sunset in this spectacular place of breathtaking scenery, never-ending plains, and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world! You'll return to the camp later for dinner and an overnight stay.

During the early morning and late afternoon, when the animals are most active, you’ll have prime opportunities to spot wildlife, including the elusive big cats, and capture stunning photos. You'll embark on game drives through the vast, grassy plains of Masai Mara National Reserve, where you’ll search for the legendary Big Five. One of the highlights will be witnessing the dramatic annual migration at the Mara River, where massive herds of wildebeests and zebras cross paths with predators in an unforgettable display of nature’s raw beauty.

For an extra thrill, you may want to consider optional activities, available at an additional cost. You could visit a local Maasai village to immerse yourself in their culture or take a pre-dawn hot-air balloon ride for a unique aerial view of the golden savannah as the sun rises. After breakfast, you'll bid farewell to the wild and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Depending on your flight schedule, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch in the city (at your own cost).
Your driver-guide will then transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel, arriving approximately 3 hours before your international departure.
