Arriving at the Luxurious Dwyka Tented Lodge

Check-in is at 14h00. You will enjoy two daily nature drives, guided wilderness walks, all meals, a limited selection of house beers and wines, all on-drive snacks and beverages, internal reserve transfers between the lodges and welcome lounge, a tourism levy and 15% VAT. Your package excludes additional alcoholic and premium beverages, discretionary gratuities and all items of a personal nature, which must be settled directly prior to departure.

Transfers from Cape Town or Cape Town Airport to the lodge and return are not included in the price, but if required, please advise, and we will gladly quote at extra cost. We can also arrange private game drives at additional cost should you not want to join other guests on the open-air 4x4 safari vehicle (Subject to availability).

Note: If you have children travelling with you, please inquire about the Gondwana Family Lodge inside the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, which accommodates children of all ages.

On the last day, you will enjoy an early morning game drive, followed by a delicious breakfast.

The opulent and romantic Dwyka Tented Lodge is embraced by striking rock formations and set in the horseshoe bend of a dry Karoo ravine that is framed by a beautifully weathered landscape. The spacious lounge and dining areas boast stylish, modern interiors, wooden decks that make the most of the glorious setting and a boma for dining under the stars. The accommodation is luxurious and private. Each of the nine luxury tents has an en-suite bathroom and a private deck with a heated plunge pool, which epitomises the romance of a pioneering wilderness adventure.
