Nairobi- Samburu

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and begin your journey north, passing through the central highlands enjoying the scenic views of Mount Kenya. Enjoy a brief stop-over along the way before continuing to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After check-in, have some rest then head out for an evening game drive. Explore the semi-arid landscapes and spot unique wildlife such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and gerenuk. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Samburu National Reserv

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, taking advantage of the cool hours when predators are most active. Watch the sunrise over the arid terrain as you search for elephants, lions, leopards and the unique Samburu Special Five. Return to the lodge for breakfast and enjoy the amenities of the lodge. After lunch, embark on a late afternoon game drive to explore different parts of the reserve and observe wildlife gathering near the Ewaso Nyiro River. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Samburu- Meru

After an early breakfast, check out the lodge and depart Samburu for Meru National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through the northern Kenyan landscape. Arrive at the lodge in Meru National Park in time for lunch then check-in and rest. In the late afternoon, head out for a game drive to explore the park’s lush scenery, rivers, and diverse wildlife including elephants, buffalos, hippos, and a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at the lodge, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi enjoying an enroute game drive as you exit the park. Enjoy the scenic drive through Kenya’s countryside, with views of farmland, hills, and rural villages along the way. Optional stops can be made for refreshments and have lunch enroute. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, bringing your safari experience to an end.
