Arusha to Serengeti National Park - Game Drive

Our driver-guide will pick you up at your lodge in Arusha. Then, you'll board the 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof to set off for a full day of wildlife viewing in the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch. You will have the chance to explore the largest national park in Africa. The Serengeti is home to the famous annual wildebeest migration.

Serengeti National Park offers excellent year-round viewing of a multitude of wildlife, including lion, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, and several species of antelope, giraffe, and baboon, as well as many other species, including birds of prey.

You will have lunch at the picnic site. After lunch, you will continue with the afternoon game drive. In the late evening, you will drive to Mbuni Serengeti Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park - Game Drive

On your first wake-up call in the park, you can simply enjoy the sunrise over the savannah and see zebras. After having a good breakfast, you'll set off to explore the park for the day. You will surely cross paths with several felines and other animals. This park is magical! We will spare you the magic and not tell you too much. Enjoying the moment will be the keyword throughout your stay!.

You will have lunch at the picnic site. After lunch, you will continue with a game drive on the way to Karatu. Your accommodation for the night is near the Ngorongoro Crater.

Early the following morning, you will descend into the crater for wildlife viewing. Early mornings are the best time to see animals, as they are more active in the morning than at any other time of day.

Ngorongoro Crater - Game Drive

Today, you'll wake up early to avoid any delays on your descent into the famous Ngorongoro Crater. From the moment you arrive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be amazed by the beauty that surrounds you. This will be even more so as you arrive at the crater rim and admire the breathtaking view of one of the natural wonders of the world.

The crater of this inactive volcano, approximately 3 million years old and covering an area of 20 km², is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. Thanks to its natural boundaries, the crater's wildlife is incredible. The crater is home to the Big Five and offers an excellent opportunity to observe the rare black rhino. Add to this hyenas, zebras, buffalo, and elephants, and you have the perfect setting for an unforgettable safari!

In the late afternoon, after exploring this park and its underground forest, you will return to Arusha, where you will be transferred to your lodge or the airport for your departure.
